SwY thankfully doesn't have that problem but its base is a boring and generic and slightly rubbery vanilla/amber/tonka bean accord found in so many other frags. It's just too much of a sugary sensory overload and it's not well balanced even as it's note profiles suggests many facets. The toffee/caramel in this is played down in the notes list and descriptions, it's quite prominent to my nose, not as much as Absolutely of course. The base notes form the foundation of the fragrance, rounds off the smell experience and gives the fragrance a certain degree of depth. Top notes are Chestnut and Sugar; middle notes are Sage and Lavender; base notes are Vanilla and Smoke. These emphasise the masculinity and can be combined well with other scents of pepper, cinnamon or nutmeg. Obviously with the sweetness that comes with it, it may not be for everyone but a good gourmand leaning scent for sure.
